The Council on Undergraduate Research Newsletter, which began in the fall of 1980, was the central publication of the Council on Undergraduate Research. From September 1980 to May of 1989 it was published three times a year with issues appearing in September, January, and April. From September of 1989 to May of 1993 it was published four times each year with issues appearing in September, December, March, and May.
