Description: A grand, 3-and 4-story arcade building faced with cream glazed terra cotta in a Neo-Tudor Gothic style. Financed by E. W. Grove as a commercial mall, it was intended to have additional offices in a skyscraper on top of the existing structure. After the death of Grove, building continued, but the skyscraper was never finished due to the poor economic climate.  At the north end are a pair of double ramps leading to a large roof terrace. The original shop fronts were, for a time, filled in with brick but have recently been restored to open windows. The original interior comprised of multiple mezzanines and oak-faced shop-fronts is largely intact, though the second and third floors have been modified for condominiums and office space.
