Formed in 1977 the Alliance represents the interests of multiple arts
organizations as the principle advocate for artists to the US
government. If arts advocacy is of interest, this site will provide a
cross-section of issues.
Many Career
Centers at the larger institutions in this country have excellent pages
which give resources for those seeking careers in the arts. The

Many career sites
and information on art-related careers have been developed by university
Art Departments and/or by libraries at the institutions. Search on the
homepages or through the resource pages of the university libraries.
UCLA, for example, has developed an excellent resources page for the
