| 02 | 002 | GENERAL CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH PROPERTY IN BILTMORE
FOREST IS SOLD Deed to property contains, among other restrictions, the following: Minimum cost of residence will vary in accordance to size and price of plot, but no minimum cost of residence on property listed herein, shall be less than six thousand dollars. No building, either residence or subsidiary building shall be erected without written approval of plans by the Company. No lot as platted and restricted shall be subdivided for a period of twenty-one years from date of deed. (Where more than one lot is priced together, the plots may be divided into original lots at the option of the Company.) Building lines are established on all lots, and no building may be located nearer then ten to twenty feet (depending upon lot) from any side or back lot line.
