Description	A small group of booklets, reprints, photographs, and correspondence related to the establishment of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park at the turn of the century. Included is a chronology of the development of the park and a narrative chronicling the involvement of Chase Ambler in the development of the national park. Five photographs of the area near "Rattlesnake Lodge" summer home of the Ambler family and other views of the mountains are included. The correspondence contains information on the park and on the Ambler family.
