Log Book #1 - List of Carvings and Hours Used to Complete Carvings 1931-1937
The entries in this Log Book #1 of Pauline Miller Cowan record the many pieces of work she completed while employed by the Tryon Toy Makers and Carvers. She enters the specific name of the carving and generally records the hours she spent completing the work and the date of completion. She signals the end of the project by the use of the word "Fini" after she had fully executed the project.

This log book , measuring  3 1/2" x 6", contains  174 pages and each page, including blank pages, are recorded in this list in brief form and with accompanying image that may be reviewed for the contents of the full page. There are 108 scanned images from this Log Book #1.Unique sequential  numbers are given to each scanned page.  The scanned image number does not necessarily correspond to the page number  in Log Book # 1,  but represents a unique identifying number used for image  identification and retrieval.
