Biography

Kitty Love Brown (kitty@arts2people.org) is on a downtown commission that reviews all development plans for the central business district that are 36,000 square feet or greater.  Kitty Love Brown has been an Asheville business owner/Tattoo Artist for 15 years, 9 of which in the central business district, which inspired her to work with work with the Downtown Asheville Commission.
