Biography |
Joe Minicozzi has a 5 year, professional degree in architecture from the University of Miami. He worked in architecture for 3 years and then earned a Masters in Urban Design with a concentration in Real Estate Development from Harvard University. He then worked in real estate finance at John Hancock Real Estate Investment Group. Minicozzi next worked for the government. in West Palm Beach, FL. He was the zoning administrator for their downtown. He moved to Asheville, NC, and after a period of freelance consulting and planning in real estate work, he began to work for Public Interest Projects. |
