Biography |
Frank Mulvaney was born in Vicksburg, Mississippi in 1894. Employed by the Southern Railway in 1913 as a clerk stenographer, he became chief clerk to the Superintendent. In retirement, he was elected to Asheville City Council and served as Vice Mayor. | |
