Biography |
Harrell is a native of Asheville, and went to Randolph School and Grace High School. She worked for the US Government in the National Climatic Center for 41 years and 11 months, until she retired in 1986. She has been involved in the Foster Grandparent Program, a federal program administered through the NC office. |
