Earl H. Frothingham
(1880 – 1971)

Biography Earl H. Frothingham was employed by the United States Forest Service for almost four decades, from the mid-1900's until the 1940's. He was a graduate of Yale University and in his professional life as a forester worked closely with Raphael Zon researching silviculture. He served in World War I but continued his work in forestry and research upon returning to the United States.
