Relationships - The relationships in the Greek community are incredibly strong, and the people of the Greek community continue to have strong bonds of love with one another even in today's world.

Business - Greeks in Western North Carolina, are a very strong-willed bunch.  They have been able to adapt and create thriving businesses in the community.

Immigration - Not everyone in the Greek community was born here, many of the members have migrated here, or have parents and grandparents that have migrated here.
