Dear Sir:-

I write to ask particulars in regard to the land you contracted to sell to J. H.-& C.M. Royers.

The party to whom you are negotiating for a sale desires to know about the title and I can learn but little from the records here in regard to it. Please explain to me full your title I will keep any information you give me confidential.

It seems that Royers has been in possession of the Land for some thing like 25 years.  Would this not give him a good title?  He has been claiming it as his.
