the 13th April 1809 I have Surveyed for James Walker Sixty acres of Land in Rutherford County lying on the So. Side of Grog Creek Beginning on a White Oak Ben Camp's old line running then West 80 pole to a Small Post Oak then So. forty 5 Et. 42 poles to a P. Oak then Et. 60 poles to a Red Oak then No. 60 E. 67 pole to a stake then No. 35 poles to a Stake then W' 80 poles to a Stake then N. 40 poles to the Beginning the 17 to October 1809
