My dear Sir: I have not sooner answered your letter of the 30 and
Dec. 31 nor made any special inquiries in regard to your statements
for six months ending December 31, 1874 as I wished to write to you
at length but have not yet been able to do so. I am [first?] to do
so in a few days. I hope that collections are being made rapidly and
that from that source, as well as from the balance, after payment of
taxes, referred to in your statement you will be on ... to send a
considerable remittance.
Very Truly Yours,
Willet Bronson, Supt. Agent
