DESCRIPTION: Containing 300 acres more or less fully described by metes and bounds in a deed from J.F. Spainhour and wife and John M. Mull and wife and M.A. Buff and wife to C.A. Shuping, C.A. Cook, and M.A. Buff, dated April 24, 1920, and registered in the office of the Register of Deeds of Burke County in Book W-4, page 186, to which deed reference is hereby made for a further description of the lands hereby conveyed; excepting nevertheless from the boundaries of said 300 acre tract that portion thereof lying within the watershed of the Town of Morganton which was conveyed by M.A. Buff and wife and W.C. Ervin and wife in the Town of Morganton by deed dated July 28, 1922, registered in Book W-4, page 322, as by reference being had to said deed for full description of the lands excepted from this conveyance will more fully appear.
