are from the heirs, successors and assignees of Isaac Bronson, Goold Hoyt and Archibald MacIntyre to Samuel
J. Justice. In addition, they granted and conveyed all their rights,
titles and interests in and "to the lands, and interest in lands,
described in said trust deed bearing date the 8th day of March,
1830"
