** ** ** ** PRIVATE REPORT ** ** ** **

Property:--
From Mr. S.J. Justice's Report of Oct. 22nd.  1902 and notes, undated, and plats of land, see maps, the Pot shoals development,-- Power Site #1-- is clear.  The title is in the Trustees.
From Power Site #1 to Power Site #4, at the Howard Gap road, the title is in the Trustees except, as follows:--
Left Side of River:--
Below the foot of Pot shoals, P. Kuykendall.  See map.  Sheet #1 Cagle & Cagle below Laurel creek These do does not interfere with development, since the lines do not cross river or creek or extend to same.
Below Cagle tract the Trustees own to the Gilreath sale, below Becks creek.  Map, sheet #2.
The Gilreath sale, on both sides of Howard Gap road extending to near mouth of Hungry creek.
The Jones land south of Hungry does not interfere. Gilreath sale from mouth of Hungry to near the mouth of Camp creek.  This tract includes the river. This is an error as there is but one Gilreath tract and is on the other side of Green river the same tract is shown on sheet whose it belongs and is here duplicated

Below Power site #3, the Trustees own to the Henderson line.
Right Side of River:--
From the railroad bridge, including Power Site #1, V2 the Trustees own to the Gilreath sale below the mouth of Becks creek.  Power site #2 is on this Gilreath property and now apparently owned by B.W.E. Staton.  Map. Sheet #2.
The development for Power site #3 is almost entirely on the Gilreath property, extending nearly to Camp creek. Power site #3 is located at lower side of Gilreath property and entirely on the Trustee's land, opposite mouth of Camp creek.  Map.  Sheet #3.
From Mr. W.M. Justice's notes, undated, the Trustees

own from Henderson's line up the river to a point about 700 ft. below the mouth of Camp creek. the Gilreath and Cagle canal above the mouth of Hungry creek, except the Torrence 50 acres. and the Case 50 acres neither of which [touches?] the river.

It is therefore concluded, the title is practically clear, and in the Trustees, for both the upper [indiscernible word?] and lower developments, shown on maps, sheets #1 and 3, -- Power sites #1 and 4; and partly in the Trustees and Gilreath or Staton, at 2nd.  development, map, sheet #2,-- Power site #2; and almost wholly on the Gilreath claim at the 3rd.  development, map, sheet #3,-- Power site #3.  Power site 3 is [securely?] in the Trustees.
A final or development survey of this steam, for the reach examined, report dated Dec. 12th. 1906, might change the location of the sites for power plants shown on maps somewhat, but it is clear that no location could be made, to avoid the Gilreath claim. at power house No 2.

Very truly,

The interlineations in the above were made by one for the purpose of correcting some mistakes errors growing out of the mistake made in locating the Gilreath 412 acre twice when it should have been located but once end that shows on sheet- No 2. And not as shown on sheet No. 3. the latter being an error.
