undertake " as soon as may be to lay a survey for .", unsigned. The
response from John Lewis ". the direction of the Act of Assembly in
such case made provided for running out lands . plans of such survey
with a proper certificate annexed to each together with this Warrant
you are to transmit to the Secretary's Office without delay. Given
