North Carolina No. 1381. David Miller Entry office of Claims of Land in the County of Rutherford to they Surveyor of Said County Greeting. You are hereby directed & Required as soon as may be to Lay off & survey for William Jones a tract or parcel of Land containing one hundred & fifty acres of Land in the County aforesaid joining Richd. Bradleys Lower line where he now [has?] & David Lewises line at the shole on cove creek for compliment.

Entered the 15th of May 1798.

Observing the direction of the act of Assembly in such cases, made & provided for running out Lands. Two. Just & fair plan of such survey with a proper certificate annexed to each. You are to transmit with this warrant to the secretaries office without delay. Given under my hands at office this second Day of October 1798.
