Dear Sir:
I send to Sam my Power of Attorney to be registered in Henderson and
instruct him to have all other Deeds registered that have been made
since Henderson County was established and that are not on record.
As to the verification of the answer in the Harris case I have consulted
Judge Justice and submitted my power of Atto. to him and got his
opinion. He says that under my special Power of Atto. I have the power
and authority to verify the answer and that if I sign it in my capacity
as agent there is no doubt as to the its legality.
Please prepare an
answer setting forth all the facts necessary and send it to be
me that I may verify & return it to you at once
