turns a South direction with J.C. Cases line to B.C. King corner,
thence with the said B.C. King's line a Eastward direction to a
Stake, thence east 25 rods to a Stake, thence near north 42 rods to
a stake, thence a north direction to the beginning, containing
twenty acres more or less. To have and to hold the same together
with all the appurtenances therein belonging or in every wise[?]
appertaining to the said S.U. Ring(?) his heirs executors
administrators and assigns forever and the said J.A. Staton and
Elizabeth Staton do agree to warrant and forever defend the
aforesaid premises free from the claims or claims of any person or
persons whatsoever into the said S.U. King, his heirs, executors,
administrators and assigns for ever. In witness whereof the said J.A.
Staton and Elizabeth Staton have hereunto set there hands and seals
the day and date above written.
