$4,000 to cut trees for lumber for a period of four years, unsigned.

Together with(?) full right and privilege for and during the period
of four years from the date of this conveyance, in person or through
their agents or servants, to enter upon said lands and to pass and
repass over the same at will, on foot or with teams, and conveyance,
to cut and remove said timber.
It is further understood and agreed that the said party of the
second part shall remove said timber in such manner as to damage the
smaller timber as little as possible. It is further understood and
agreed that as soon as a set of timber is cut and removed that the
said parties of the first part shall have possessions of the lands
over which said timber has been cut and removed.
It is understood and agreed by the said parties of the first part,
that the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns shall
have three years from the date of this conveyance to cut and remove
said timber.
In witness whereof the said parties of the first part have hereunto
set their hands and affixed their seals the day and year first above
written.
