interested in said property[.] And whereas Archibald W. McIntire, Goold Hoyt, Executors of Goold Hoyt decesed [deceased], and Oliver, being with Frederick Bronson sole surviving Executor of Isaac Bronson deceased did by a Power of Attorney dated the 7th day of May 1849 appoint Frederick Bronson managing superintendent in the City of New York of said property in the place of Arthur Bronson deceased. 

And whereas Frederick Bronson has departed this life on or about the 1st day of November A.D. 1868.

And whereas Mr. T. B. Justice is the Special Agent in the State of North Carolina to have charge over and attend to the sale of said land above mentioned.

And whereas Oliver Bronson is the surviving Executor and trustee under the last Will and Testament of Isaac Bronson deceased, and John W. [Townsend?] and Willett Bronson are substituted trustees and Executors under said will.  Now know all men by these presence that we of the
