City of Albany in the State of New York and Goold Hoyt of the City & State of New York sole qualified acting Executor of Goold Hoyt deceased, and Oliver Bronson, and James J. [Townsand?] Executor and trustees of Isaac Bronson deceased have made constituted and appointed and by these presence do make, [constitute?] and appoint Willet Bronson of the said City of New York our true and lawful agent and attorney for us and in [our?] names and behalf to superintend in said city of New York such trust and agency with full power to approve or [disapprove?] allow or disallow all deeds or conveyances whatsoever of the said lands in the said State of North Carolina herein above referred to.
