singular the tenements herediments and appeared names thereunto
belonging or in any wise appertaining and the [survivors?] and

thereof and all the estab [established]-right to the interest
property possession claim & demand whatsoever as well in law as in
equity of the said party of the first part and of the sh [?] of the
said Alexander Osborne of in on to the above described premeses[?]
and in every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances to have
and to hold all and singular the above mentioned and described
premeses[?] together with the appurtenances unto the said [peoples?]
of the second part their heirs successors & assignees forever In
