Mr. G.W. Justice,
Hendersonville, N.C.,
Dear George: -
I enclose you herewith copy of judgment entered in the case of J.M.
Barnhardt et al vs. David A. Thompson et al. This judgment is
suppose to establish the line between the two grants or at least
establishes the ownership of the part of the land on the north of
the water shed and on the south side of the water shed. This
instrument is no doubt what has been refereed to as a swap between
the parties. I suppose you have the calls and the two grants and by
plating this line you can see where the land is affected by the
judgment. If you need any other descriptions please advise us and we
will furnish same.
We have abstracted Mr. Miller's papers and think we now have all
necessary information to determine what lines will have to be
surveyed. Let us know when you will be down again.
Yours truly,
J.S. Dockery [Signed]
