print either above the Staton tract or upon the same near the
Howards Gap road bridge as set forth[.]
From Mr. W.M. Justice's notes, undated the Trustees own from
Henderson's line up the river to the Gilreath and Cagle land above
the mouth of Hungary Creek except the Torrence 50 acres and the Case
50 acres neither of which touches the river. Nor does the Cagle
land. It is therefore concluded, the title is clear, and in the
Trustees, for all developments, shown on maps sheets #2 and 3 and
1[.]
a final or development survey of this stream, for the reach
examined, report dated Dec 12th 1906 might change the location of
the sites for power plants shown on maps somewhat, but would leave
