Letter from William Smith to the Reverend C. B. Justice, undated.
This letter is in response to the matters raised in the previous
Item. Smith states that based on the information in the April 23
letter he is inclined that the boundary is the River bank, but
cannot be positive without a library. Also, that one way to get rid
of the current owner is to ignore him. Another is to bring suit.
Concerning the second matter the contract and the survey by William
M. Justice, neither calls for the River ____. Signed.

litter says that neither his contract or survey, as I understand
calls for the river, if not then he is bound by his calls and the

I cannot be more elaborate but time forbids.
