- Contains photocopies of programs, newspaper clippings, correspondence, and documents, and an original program from 1995. Materials were refoldered in new folders, but the original arrangement and folder names have been maintained. Folders 1 through 51 each cover a hillclimb event at Chimney Rock [Note: The Fall 1972 event, folder 27, does not seems to be included in the official event numbering, therefore only folders 1 to 26 therefore align with the appropriate event number.] Folders 52 to 62 contain supplemental materials, that may include some duplication with other folders.

Scope and Contents
Contains materials collected by UNC Asheville student Edward Vogel, for a 2001 history paper, "North Carolina's Race to the Clouds and the Evolution of Motorsports Event: A History of the Chimney Rock Hillclimb 1956 to 1995". With the exception of one program, all the materials are photocopies.
