Students in many departments must create Senior papers or projects as part of their degree requirement in the field of study.  These papers and projects are prepared on a variety of topics and fulfill the departmental requirement for graduation.  Ramsey Library Special Collections currently holds bound volumes of senior papers from the Department of History and the Department of Literature and Language, including Creative Writing, and files for the Computer Science Department.  Beginning in 2003 some exemplary papers and projects were selected for full-text display from these departments. The web activity generated by these undergraduate papers and projects has been robust. Many papers have been requested by doctoral candidates, scholars in the discipline and other undergraduates. These exemplary papers are often reviewed by our undergraduate students who just beginning the process of writing their own exemplary papers.
