Scope and Contents

Documents written and collected by Harold Edward Duncan. These include class notes covering a variety of subjects including biology, economics, English, French, and history. Duncan attended Buncombe County Junior College, and was part of the first class in September 1927, and graduated in May 1930. Many of the document in the collection are from this period, however, some are pre 1927, so are likely from Duncan's high school years. Also included are Duncan's debating notes from school, his graduation diploma, report cards, and other sundry documents.
