Historical Note
Cross & Cockade Journal Great Britain was formed as an offshoot of it's U.S. predecessor when the Society of WWI Aero Historians set up a chapter in England. It published Cross & Cockade Journal Great Britain from 1971 until the U.S. chapter folded in 1985. Afterwards the Great Britain publication was renamed Cross & Cockade Journal International. It is still being published, although this collection has no editions published after 1989.
Scope and Contents
Contains most issues of Cross & Cockade Journal Great Britain quarterly publications from Spring 1971 to Spring 1986 and all of Cross & Cockade Journal International quarterly publications from Summer 1986 to Winter 1989. There are no issues from Cross & Cockade Journal Great Britain Volume 1.
