- Box 1: Contains programs, reports, press releases, and other documents. The materials originated from various sources making an original order difficult to ascertain. The materials have been condensed and arranged chronologically within alphabetized files. Duplicate materials within a file were removed during processing.
- Box 2: Contains folders of materials related to exhibits in the Highsmith Gallery, and posters for various concerts and events. Many of these materials are undated and no attempt has been made to arrange them is any order within folders/binders

Scope and Contents
This archive holds historically significant official papers arising from various miscellaneous events organized by UNC Asheville and its predecessor, Asheville-Biltmore College. Some events were one-off, but mostly the materials refer recurring events, usually held annually.
The materials include publicity materials, such as posters and news releases, plus photographs, and newspaper clippings
