Scope and Contents
Contains historically significant materials related to affiliates and partnerships of the university. The materials in Box 1 Folders 1 - 12 were received from the Office of the Chancellor, and indications are that the materials originated with University Counsel. The materials therefore have an emphasis on contractual / commercial arrangements with affiliates and partners.
The materials in Box 1 Folders 13 & 14, which were received from the Office of the Chancellor in February 2018, relate to instructional credit agreements with Native American tribes.
The materials in Box 2 were received from the Office of the Chancellor in January 2019, and it is likely they originated with University Counsel.
