This archive holds historically significant papers prepared, or received, by various committees within the broad sphere of academic affairs. The records appear to have been collected by a different people, including chancellors, vice-chancellors, and faculty, and cover both Asheville-Biltmore College and UNC Asheville. The materials have not been separated for the two schools. Where a committee name has changed over time, or different names were applied, the original name has generally been used for the file.
