20 Plat_book_700 151 Undated City tax maps revised and undated ; maps cover Asheville wards 1 to 6 inclusive, Beaverdam, Haw Creek and Biltmore and show street layouts and property lines ; changes to street names are also shown, often through hand written revisions ; this book was not originally numbered but has been identified as 700 for ease of reference
21 Plat_book_800 161 1940 City tax maps ; maps cover Asheville wards 1 to 9 inclusive ; maps for each ward are prefaced by an overview map of that ward and these overviews are dated February 20, 1940 ; no other maps are dated but they appear to post date those included in book 700 ; many include hand written revisions to street names and layouts in addition to some property owners names ; this book was not originally numbered but has been identified as 800 for ease of reference ; some pages are missing
